I'm in the process of looking to buy a Polaris general. I contacted Kevin Powell Winston and I talked with Shannon. I have not purchased a sxs yet but Shannon has been very helpful and honest. I have been to two other local dealerships and they have both lied to me about what was added to the machines by the dealership to jack up the price of the machine when I know that it is actually part of the package for that Polaris general. Truth is that I had my doubts. Very obnoxious advertisements, sounded like your typical used car dealer. My credit was ruined after my divorce, so I figured I would give this place a try. I knew my credit was bad, so I didnt have my hopes up. I showed up to just look around. Tommy Massey walked up and introduced himself. He wasnt pushy, he asked a few questions to get a feel of what I was looking for. The Motorcycle I was interested in could not get financed because of the age of the bike and the fact that I only had a trade in bike and no other down payment. Mike had me look around while he checked other areas. He came back with a picture of a bike that just came in at another location. I told him that I was interested. I went home while he worked it up. I emailed him all the paperwork needed. Next day he called me and said the bank approved the financing. I did not know what to say to him. I was very surprised. I returned, and they had the bike cleaned, serviced and all the paperwork completed, it even had a full tank of gas. Within an hour, everything was done. They were able to keep the payment around the amount I needed, and they took my bike as a trade in to cover the down payment. They also included a 24 month warranty on a used bike. That's unheard of any place else. I strongly recommend this dealership. I also want to thank Tommy Massey for all the work he did.

I walked in with no clue about anything other than that I wanted a motorcycle. I knew they had two wheels. I left after trying tons of bikes and how they "fit" me was tested. I shopped around. I found other places inferior in service but managed to find exactly which bike I wanted. I didn't want it from that factory dealer so I checked and Kevin Powell had the exact one in stock! A week later I was leaving with that bike, accessorized as I had asked, and it was being delivered. It took mere moments. My credit is terrible and I received a terrible rate that unfortunately is what you would expect. I was given just what I deserved with the interest. I will go back and send others.

I was highly impressed with the service that Jeremy and Brian provided me today. They went above and beyond to make sure that they got me into a car today and that I had no problems and very happy. I am very satisfied with the kia optima that they got me into and I will be recomending all of my friends and family to come to this location.
